About the Work: The piece  is made from Injassa Ardi stone and olive wood from Bethlehem. The seemingly randomly arranged sticks form a kinetic lock that hold the two pieces of stone together. The olive wood pieces were turned by Sami Lolas stone cut and polished by Mounir Nassa with thanks to AU Anastas generously helping out.
