 Bio: Mary Hurrell (South Africa/UK) is a Bristol based artist and musician working with experimental music and expanded forms of choreography. Mary recently released her debut album ‘FORMATIONS’ with Calling Cards Publishing in 2024 and is currently a Studio Artist at Spike Island (Bristol). She has presented performances and projects with motor dance journal, St Marks Drone Society, Cafe OTO, Jupiter Rising Festival, Flat Time House, fluent, The Roberts Institute of Art, South London Gallery and Whitechapel Gallery. Recent artists residencies include BrittenPears Arts (Aldeburgh, UK), Gilfélagið (Iceland) and Yamakiwa Gallery (Japan).
