Bio: Ananya Singhal (b. 1984) is an Indian photographer and designer living between India and Great Britain. His artistic practice stems from an empathetic exploration of communities, cultures, and natural heritage. His photographic work embodies strong architectural sensibilities of crafting animated spaces, distilled by deliberate play of light and shadow. The photographs draw sharp focus on the subject—landscape, wildlife, and people—within the framework of high-contrast, black and white compositions that celebrate beauty in visual detail.

Ananya’s work has been shown at 47-A, Mumbai (2024), Silk Mill, From (2016), and Bougainvillaea Gallery, Udaipur (2015).

Ananya co-founded the architectural practice Studio Saar in 2020 and joined the management team at Secure Meters in 2012.
